Item Details
A hand-painted page from a Persian manuscript. One side of the page depicts an illustration with a variety of male figures, framed with outlined drawings of various plants and animals. The opposite side of the page features black and red text in a gilt border. The page is held in off-white matting windows, wrapped in protective plastic.
Condition
- small holes appear in page; overall discoloration to the paper.
