Item Details

A collection of four vintage makeup compacts. This collection includes: an Elgin American square case with a gold and chrome tone checker board design on the lid; a Volupte square gold tone case decorated with square cut mother-of-pearl pieces arranged in a grid; and a rectangular gold tone case with diamond cut mother-of-pearl and black abalone pieces arranged in a diamond-and-chevron pattern. A gold tone square case with a white enamel and gold tone floral design on the lid completes the collection.

• Please note that Abalone shell cannot be sold within or shipped to the state of California.

Condition

- some tarnish to metal. Makeup residue inside some of the cases. Black abalone and mother-of-pearl tiles chipped at one corner.
