An antique Victorian bamboo umbrella stand with tiles, circa late 19th century. The faux-tortoise, patinated frame features a pointed, openwork pediment above a rear gallery inset with three ceramic, floral-decorated tiles. Directly below is a partitioned rack continuing to a metal, drip tray in red paint. The ends of the tubular chutes are capped with metal, floral-embossed discs and the backs of the tiles are marked ‘England’ and monogrammed ‘JB’.

Condition
- scattered surface wear and finish losses, as would be expected; missing one metal disc cap; drip pan with chipping/losses to red paint; some light/minor shrinkage cracks to chutes; back of center tile with a couple tiny/minor chips.
