An artist proof limited edition offset lithograph on paper of houses after a painting by artist Victoria Platt Ellis. This print depicts a narrow, wooded neighborhood comprised of a multitude of houses. It is signed and numbered ‘38/50 Artist Proof’ by hand in graphite to the lower right corner. The print is matted in gray and presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a paper backing and metal hanging wire to the verso.
