An original signed Chinese watercolor painting on laid paper by an unknown artist. The painting depicts a wide view of a gridded rice patty field lined iwth tall grasses, trees, and a squat building. A red artist’s seal is stamped to the upper right, where several Chinese characters are also written. The piece is mounted to green backing and matted in beige linen behind glass in a wooden frame carved to look like bamboo with black and gold tone finishes. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.

Condition

- creasing, denting, and wear across paper.
