An American Empire mahogany pedestal dining table with Gothic details. Circa 1840. This oval extension table features beveled edges, a thick mahogany figured veneer apron with lower gadrooned trim over a split platform pedestal decorated with flame mahogany veneers with bobbin turn and floral carvings. Four extension leaves and table pads are included.
