Item Details
A pair of Lemaire opera glasses with the original case. The glasses feature delicate mother of pearl barrels and brass hardware and are marked “Lemaire FI – Paris” to the eyepieces. They fit in the original, red satin-lined case which is slightly curved to fit the shape of the glasses and has a small handstrap for carrying.
Condition
- green corrosion around front of lenses
- monogram of previous owner to front center between the lenses
- finish wear and signs of use to interior and exterior of carrying case
