A Westminster Chime tambour quartz mantle clock. The “Napoleon” form rounded wood case holds an electric clock mechanism with winding Westminster chime. The face, enclosed under a convex glass dome has a white field and Roman numbers and scrolled black minute and hour hands overlaid with a gold tone button second hand.
