Two Vintage Catching and Umpire Baseball Masks
Item Details
A pair of early 20th century baseball protective masks. This selection includes an antique ‘birdcage style’ metal catcher’s mask with canvas lining and straps. Finally, there is a metal and leather umpire mask. The masks exhibit service age wear with no makers’ marks.
Condition
Good-Fair Condition. Canvas straps are present and some are detached from proper placement. Soiling and staining from service usage.

The measurements reflect the size of the cardboard storage box.
The antique mask measures 6" wide by 9" tall
The umpire mask measures 6" wide by 8" tall.
