An oil painting on canvas board of a wooded landscape by artist Ruth Leppert. This loosely rendered painting depicts a brook cutting through a wooded landscape and a family of deer standing in the distance. It is signed by hand to the lower left corner. The painting is presented in a wooden frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso. Inscribed by hand to the verso is the artist’s full name.
