A limited edition figurine titled The Protector’s of Freedom, Thomas Blackshear’s Ebony Visions Exclusive Military Issue. The figurine depicts an African male and female warrior pair posed back-to-back. Each holds a shield and the woman holds a long spear. The pair stands on a black finished squared-corner base with with a gold tone metal identification label attached to the front. The artist’s initials are impressed into the rock on the back. Information printed on the underside of the base reads ‘The Protectors of Freedom in honor of our men and women in uniform Exclusive Military Issue No. 1724 Item No. 37120 ©2004 Willitts Designs’.
