A Black and Decker Workmate 400 work shop bench and stand. The stand is made of blue painted steel, with a wood top and shelf below. The wood top has a printed-on ruler with regularly spaced holes for attaching tools or machinery, and it is designed to hold tools or equipment weighing less than 350 pounds. There are black plastic handles on the front that allow the tabletop to be adjusted. The top and stand are marked ‘Workmate 400’, along with a label marked ‘Black and Decker’ and ‘Made in U.S.A.’
