A hand knotted Iranian Hamadan area rug. This woven wool rug is primarily orange and black, with a geometric design in accent colors of brown, sage, red, plum and turquoise stretching across the center field and repeating in the border. The rug is finished with a short cream fringe to either side and tagged to one corner reading, ‘Iranian Hand Made Woolen Carpet Made in Iran’.
