East Asian Vases
Item Details
A pair of east Asian vases. Featured is a brass bud vase with rust colored enamel and floral motif mother of pearl inlay decoration. Also included is a ceramic vase with a wide lip, tapered bulbous body, and round red base. It features a hand painted image of a fishing boat on the water with a large fish to the foreground in a palette of reds, yellows, and blues on a white ground. The vase has gold tone painted low relief faces for handles on opposite sides. No visible maker’s marks are present.
