Item Details
A hand painted carved wood Folk Art duck decoy depicting a male Common Goldeneye. The body is painted a battleship grey contrasted with an ivory painted breast. The head is deep walnut brown dotted with two glass eyes, a grey beak and two ivory dot. The decoy is inscribed in ink to the underside, ‘Made and Used by Indians at Luc Du Flambeau, Wisconsin.’
