Item Details
A small globe and a wall clock. The items feature reproduction mapping from the 16th Century. The globe rests in a
cradle stand decorated with signs of the zodiac and supported by three brass seahorses . The wall clock is round with a gold patina frame. The face of the clock is an early map of the ‘New World’ continents surrounded by Roman numerals. The clock is battery operated.
Condition
- The zodiac border of the globe cradle has become unglued and there are nicks in the clock frame. The clock is in running condition.
