Globe-Wernicke Sectional Bookcase

Item Details

A sectional bookcase by Globe-Wernicke Co., which was well known for making high end bookcases at the turn of the century. This piece is comprised of four individual sections with glass doors which lift upwards and slide into the upper section of each shelf. The shelves bear a label that says “Globe-Wernicke Sectional Bookcases Made In Cincinnati, Catalog Number 711, Finish M.F. 62’. The top and base are also ‘sectional’ pieces and are unattached and removable.
