An offset lithograph print titled Cincinnati Celebrates the Fourth, Fountain Square 1917 by listed artist Frank McElwain (1942-). A lively festive piece depicting fourth of July scene in downtown Cincinnati as it would have been in 1917. McElwain’s is known for his historical accuracy of architecture, transportation systems, and fashion as well as his romantic and artistic view of Cincinnati. This 1986 limited edition print is signed in the plate and in pencil with the number 97/375 and is presented behind glass in a wood frame.
