Antique Chinese Brass Censer

Item Details

An antique Chinese brass censer. This censer stands on three legs with paw feet and has a removable lid to reveal the cavity which holds incense. The lid is topped with a guardian lion finial handle. The sides each have a handle which are shaped to form stylized lions. The surface of the censer body has an embossed floral illustration. This piece is marked with a six character mark on the underside of the base.
