A collection of antique and vintage medical and first-aid supply kits. This collection includes one large wooden box with an embossed design, which contains a wide variety of packaged ‘first aid’ medicines, as well as a booklet and an index of ninety-six homeopathic medicines prepared by the Rademacher & Sheek pharmacy of Philadelphia. ALso included is a small leather travel case with ten narrow glass vials, a ‘Simplex Powder Formaldehyde Disinfecting Candle’ in its original box, and a travel case of nine glass vials of disinfecting agents from L. F. Heath, M.D. and the Nash Drug Store. Items are intended for decorative or informational purposes only.
