A hand thrown and altered raku-fired abstract vase. The base has a thrown cylindrical neck fused to an abstract, textured base. The raku glaze is in turquoise to copper colors with a heavy textural element, showing carbon trapping and impressions in the glaze from the combustible materials used in the firing process. It is unsigned.
