A box set of five books, collectively titled A Charles Dickens Christmas_. Published by Time Life Books in 1992, this set includes facsimile first editions of all five of Charles Dickens’s Christmas books—_A Christmas Carol, The Chimes, The Cricket on the Hearth, The Battle of Life and The Haunted Man and the Ghost’s Bargain—each bound in red cloth-covered boards with gilt cover decoration resembling the original except for a ‘Time Life Books’ logo on the spine. The five volumes are presented together in a matching cloth-covered slipcase box with gilt decoration including the text ‘A Charles Dickens Christmas’ and ’Collector’s Edition’.
