A vintage 1980s Bob Mackie formal gown. The dress features a periwinkle colored strapless under dress with a full pleated back skirt, a black sheer bodice overlay with a scalloped mock neck collar, long sleeves and scalloped hemline, accented by an ornate beaded scalloping pattern in iridescent black and blue beads. The dress includes a designer label to the interior.
