Item Details
A vintage cast iron and wood coffee grinder and stoneware crock. The grinder features a cast iron hopper and crank to the top with a turned wood handle to the crank. The body of the piece features wood construction with dovetail joinery at the corners, and a single catch drawer finished with a round wood pull. It retains glue residue to the front from the original label. The crock is finished in a dark brown glaze. The underside is unglazed and features script handwriting in graphite describing the provenance of the piece.
Condition
- to fair; scratches, cracks and chips in the wood; light wear to the crock.
