Three collector items. The collection features a Dunlap blowtorch, a copper tea kettle and a blue and white glazed Henry McKenna label half gallon whiskey jug. The blowtorch has a brass colored body and is marked with the oval label ’ Dunlap Approved Torches’. The tea kettle has a wood handle and is marked to the bottom ‘Made in Portugal, R – 52’. The blue and white salt glaze Henry McKenna whiskey jug is marked with the label ‘Henry McKenna , Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Distilled by H. McKenna Distillery, Fairfield Nelson County KY, 26 Proof, 6 Years Old’. The jug is stamped to the bottom ‘Federal Law Forbids Sale Or Re – Use Of This Bottle’.
Condition
The blow torch has scratches to the body. The kettle shows ware and oxidation to the inside. The whiskey jug has discoloration to the glaze and a hole has been drilled in the bottom to prevent use.
