An original vintage oil painting on canvas by an artist named G. Bogard. Little is known about this artist, but they are best-known for their portraits of Native Americans. The painting depicts a Native American man riding on horseback as he carries a staff and gun. He wears ornate attire embellished with beading, fringes, feathers, and more. The pair rides across a brown grassy field. The painting is signed in brown to the lower right. It is presented in a wooden frame with burgundy finish and a hanging wire attached to the verso.
