A limited edition offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by American artist Donald F. Mitchell. The piece, titled Cumberland Hill School, depicts the historic Dallas building under blue skies; it was printed by Turtle Creek Gallery as part of their Dallas: City of Winners series. The work is signed in graphite to the lower right, adjacent to a signature in plate, and numbered to the lower left as 273 out of an edition of 500. It is double-matted in green and cream and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with textured gesso embellishments, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
