An antique country Sheraton cherry and mahogany sideboard, circa early 19th century. The paneled case features a rectangular top with a scrolled, rear gallery above a blind-paneled door, which is flanked on each side by a dovetailed, drawer-over-door stack. The fronts are fitted with turned knobs and each door opens to one, removable shelf. The case façade is embellished with figured-mahogany veneers and the sideboard rises on ring- and ball-turned legs.

Condition
- refinished with scattered light scratches and marks; top and lower right side panel with shrinkage cracks; top is missing lateral gallery rails with corresponding patches to corners of rear gallery and filled holes along edges of top; case façade with veneer losses and resulting patch and putty repairs; left door with a replaced interior locking mechanism; no keys.
