An oil painting on canvas of a child lion tamer. This naive folk style painting depicts a boy seated between an adult lion and tiger, as cubs are seen feeding and laying by its mother. To the lower right corner of the composition is a monogrammed artist signature that reads ‘BR’. The painting is presented in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire and a handwritten inscription to the verso.
