A women’s vintage Cardinali dress with bloomers. The garment features a navy blue underlay with a V-neck, shoulder straps and a bloomer style pant skirt with elasticized leg openings. The bloomers have blue and red flocked polka dot overlays attached to a long sleeve orange flocked polka dot overlay with button and loop fastenings at the nape and a zipper closure under the open back. The party dress includes an interior brand label and a paper hang tag, ‘Cardinali #228 ’Marmilade’ Gypsey’.

- to fair, lining is partially torn and pulling away from bloomers.
