A hardcover edition of Frosty the Snowman adapted from the song of the same name. Published by Golden Press New York the ‘Big Golden Book’ is the 1963 edition featuring pictures by Corinne Malvern and retold by Annie North Bedford. Frosty the Snowman was the subject of a popular song released in 1950 written by Walter ‘Jack’ Rollins and Steve Nelson. It was first recorded by Gene Autry and the Cass County Boys and the song has taken on new life over the years in the form of additional stories, and holiday decorations.
