A hand colored Artist Proof etching on paper by Joan Purcell. This intaglio print depicts a fox nestled in it’s burrow near a blossom of yellow wildflowers. The work is signed in graphite in the lower right and hand numbered ‘Artist Proof’ in the lower left margin. It is presented under glass with a tan mat in a brown metal frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
