Four Vintage Cane Seat Chairs
Item Details
A group of four vintage cane seat chairs have rail backs with shaped wood frame seats and cane weave center. Front legs are turned and there are two turned cross brace rails to the front while the cross bracing to the sides and backs are simple dowels. Top rail of the chair back has carved geometric design typical of the early modern era Arts & Crafts movement.
Condition
- normal wear present to wood frames, consistent with use and age. Cane seats are all sound and in good condition. Chairs have slightly different stain shades.
