An antique Mermod and Jaccard alabaster mantel clock.This clock features a bracket-style with a rectangular alabaster case that has brown and rust striations and ornate brass escutcheons flanking the clock face. The clock has an open escapement and ornate clock face that features a white dial, black Arabic numbers with a gold toned bezel and black hands. The verso offers a pierced metal covering. The clock is marked ‘Mermod and Jaccard, Jewelry Co., St. Louis, Mo.’ to the face. The item does not include a key.

Condition

- untested, missing base and pendulum, unsure if that combination will cause clock not to run, could benefit from cleaning.
