An oil painting on canvas board of a neighborhood scene by Anthony Thieme (1888 – 1954). This work features a rainy neighborhood populated with fenced houses, spring foliage, and people strolling along the the street. The painting is signed to the lower left side. It is presented in a gold-tone Arts & Crafts style wood frame.

- paint loss and rubbing along edges of composition, especially lower edges; scratches, stains, dents, and finish loss scattered throughout frame.
