A gouache painting on paper of a zen garden by artist G. Inez. This East Asian style painting depicts a robed figure in a traditional hanfu posed next to a curling tree sprouting white leaves. The arrangement is held in a red colored box with rounded feet, which is set against a black background. To the lower left corner of the composition is an artist signature. The painting is presented under glass in a cream colored wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- minor wear to surface of frame; staining and tears to paper backing.
