Victorian Eastlake Arm Chair
Item Details
A Victorian East Lake mahogany upholstered arm chair. The mahogany wood frame has a padded , tufted upholstered back and seat. The fabric used is a dark brown coated linen trimmed with ribbon welting. Applied figured wood moldings and carved architectural detailing appear along the arms and seat front apron. Turned baluster legs in front with gently curved legs in back all end in caster feet. The chair is finished with a warm red mahogany stain.
- The chair is being sold to benefit the Warren County Historical Museum.
Condition
Overall the frame is in good shape with some marks, marks and spots on the finish. The upholstery is worn is spots and the back of the chair frame has some sun fading.
