A group of two vintage bronze sculptures by New England Collectors Society. The sculptures date to the early 1980s. One depicts a man with arms stretch out toward a flying eagle, which is titled The Eagle Catcher_, by artist Michael Boyett. The sculpture is signed in plate to the sculpture. The underside is labeled ’_The Eagle Catcher by Michael Boyett – Edition Limit 9500 – issued by New England Collectors Society – Serial Number 0363’. The other sculpture is titled The American Eagle_, by artist George de Lodzia, depicting an eagle with talons out in front, about to pounce on its prey. The underside is marked ’_The American Eagle by George de Lodzia – Edition Limit 9500 – Issued by New England Collectors Society – Serial Number 3230’.
