A vintage sweetheart sterling silver heart charm bracelet. This bracelet features twelve hollow heart charms made of sterling silver with various embossed and stamped designs, and a brass clasp catch. One of the hearts is stamped ‘Sweet Heart’. These charms are affixed to a fancy link chain. Sweethearts were most popular with American servicemen stationed overseas during the 1940s through 1960s, sought after, collected, and brought home for their loved ones to wear.
