Val Knight Studio Stoneware Art Pottery Figurines
Item Details
A collection of four handmade stoneware figurines of Native American women from Val Knight Studios. Featured in the lot is a figure titled Sacagawea, depicting the titular woman with her child in a cradle board on her back. It is titled and dated with the span of the Lewis and Clark expedition to the lower back. Also included in the lot is a figurine of a young Native American girl standing proudly with her arms at her sides and two figurines of mothers with infants slung on one side. All pieces are initialed ‘VKS’ and come with original tags and ‘Made in Montana’ stickers.
