An offset lithograph on paper after artist Gary J. Dixon’s illustration of quails. This print depicts a pair of adult California Quails posing with their chicks on a rocky, desert patch featuring cacti and small floral buds. To the lower right corner of the composition is a handwritten, graphite artist signature, dated 1979. The print is presented under glass in a stained wooden frame featuring a linen liner and hanging wire to the verso.

- light wrinkling; scratches to frame; slight perforations to paper backing.
