A circa 2001 acrylic painting on canvas by well-listed German-American artist Peter Max (b. 1937) titled Flower Blossom Lady Detail. The work depicts a colorful abstract portrait of a female figure, rendered in a vibrant palette of pink, red, blue, green and yellow hues. The piece is signed ‘Max’ in layers of paint to the upper right. It is presented without glass in a gold tone wooden frame with white canvas liner and gold tone fillet, fitted with hanging wire to the verso. The painting includes a certificate of authenticity from Park West Gallery, registration number 114401.0000.
