Original oil painting by Robert Fabe, a celebrated regional artist from the Cincinnati region, depicting a lonely house with a few small figures in the foreground. Robert Fabe (1917-2004) studied at the Cincinnati Art Academy, as well as the Art Students League of New York. He was a respected Professor of Art in DAAP at the University of Cincinnati for nearly three decades.
