This electronic test instrument is used to observe varying signal voltages and the change of electrical signals over time and features a ventilated rectangular metal body with handle, power cord, round display window, display controls for focus, intensity, h. and v. positions as well as knobs for sweep frequency and vernier, v. gain, h selector and h. gain with input jacks.

Condition

- very dirty and rusty. Plugged in; every switch flipped, but did not power on. Moderate wear.
