Handmade Cross Stitch Embroidered Floral Bedspread

A handmade cross stitch embroidered floral bedspread. This piece is white cotton with a central floral bouquet in colors of pink, blue and yellow with green foliage and silver foliate accents. The quilt has decorative small pink and green flowers throughout with bouquets of colorful flowers to the corners and a silver foliate border with colorful floral accents. All of the floral embroidery is hand applied cross-stitching. The selection has a scalloped accent and is bound by folding the topper over and stitching it to the back. The spread is finished with hand quilting in white thread and is not marked by a maker.
