A model 1902 U.S. Army officer’s saber and scabbard. The sword features a nickel-plated hilt with forward swept quillon and black composite grip. The blade bears an etched patriotic motif with federal style eagle to center. The sword is accompanied by a nickel-plated scabbard designed with two suspension rings and an asymmetrical drag.

Condition

- to fair; Sword and Sheath show signs of wear consistent with age, both would benefit from cleaning, and polishing. The outer branch of the guard has been bent upward.
