Item Details
A Chinese watercolor and gouache painting on textile mounted to a four-panel folding screen. The piece depicts birds perched on branches adorned with flowering peonies and red leaves, set against a backdrop of delicate bamboo leaves. The piece includes an inscription in calligraphy to the upper left. It is bordered in patterned fabric presented inside a black wooden hinged framework fitted with four decorative brass tone hangers across the top.

- small tears and dents to far right panel; fading and toning to piece; minor scratches, dust and wear to framework.
