A vintage ‘Edelweiss’ chalet style cuckoo clock by R. Rogers. This chalet cuckoo clock features exterior figures on the balcony, a man depicted cutting firewood, an coniferous tree and a well, with floral accents on the windows, and clock frame. It includes three pinecone metal weights. The reverse is marked ‘der frohliche wanderer and edelweiss,’ translated ’the joyful wanderer and edelweiss white flower that blooms in the Alps. It is Swiss made, model #2708.
