An original gouache and watercolor painting on paper of a village scene by artist Renauld. This painting depicts a village with quaint houses and neatly manicured landscaping. Two figures are visible, one on a balcony and the other with a backpack and walking stick. It is colored with both opaque and transparent washes of color in brown, green, blue, and red with detailing in black line-work. Signed to the lower right in red. This painting is presented behind glass in a deep wormy chestnut frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.
