Item Details
A vintage Chinese four panel folding screen. The black lacquered screen features a detailed depiction of cranes and foliage with mountains to the background rendered on a black lacquer background. The image is created through hand carved inlay and painted detail. The other side features a rendering of birds flying and resting in a variety of foliage rendered in gold tone painted line on black lacquer. The screen has square feet with brass coverings.
Condition
-surface wear to panels consistent with use, hinges loose
-missing some small tile pieces.
